1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
By booking a service with Excess Look Auto Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We provide professional automotive detailing, paint protection, and restoration services. All services are performed with the highest standard of care and premium products.
2. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Excess Look Auto Solutions is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to mechanical failure, electrical issues, or existing paint chips and scratches. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. While we exercise extreme caution, we are not responsible for loss or damage to items left within the vehicle during the detailing process.
3. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival.
4. sms receipt terms
By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number on our online booking form at https://www.excesslook.com/book-online, or by providing your mobile phone number at our point of sale after completing a payment, you consent to receive a one-time transactional text message containing your payment receipt from Excess Look Auto Solutions.
The consent box is unchecked by default, the phone number field is optional, and consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Message frequency: one message per transaction. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at cole@excesslook.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
